How it works

You paste your CV and the job post. Entrevia reads both, works out the seniority of the role and the gaps between what you have and what they ask for, and builds the interview around your actual experience: your companies, your projects, your years.

The interviewer asks each question out loud and you answer by speaking, as in a real interview. It follows up when an answer falls short, the way a recruiter does.

When you finish you get the debrief: a score per answer, what worked, what was vague and what you would say differently next time.
